Monte is an experienced all round cricketer who has played for Leeds and Broomfield CC for a number of years. One of Calypso's original coaches, Monte will be a perfect coach for a young aspiring player who is looking to become a genuine all rounder, with his understanding of the key facets of quick bowling being one of his strengths. Monte is a level 2 qualified coach, and has this year started to involve himself with the Cavaliers set up.
